Hi! We're Erik and Kristen, and our journey together began in 2004 at the Massachusetts College of Art and Design. After meeting in college, we both graduated into the challenges of the recession. Undeterred, we channeled our passion for art into starting a mural painting business, which eventually led us to open SplatterBox!
Since opening SplatterBox in 2011, we’ve had the pleasure of being part of countless special moments and celebrations. Over the past 13 years, we’ve helped create memorable experiences for over 3,000 parties, and we’re deeply grateful for the support of our wonderful customers. It’s been incredibly rewarding to see kids who celebrated with us now growing up and staying in touch as they go to college—truly a full-circle experience.
We fondly remember the joy our dog, Bunny, brought to the store & all the friends she made! She's an old girl now and stays home with our 3 kitties. Looking ahead, we’re excited about continuing to create special birthdays and moments with everyone. We feel blessed to be a part of such a supportive community and are eager to grow and contribute even more :)
Our summer camps have also been a highlight, offering fun and ever changing experiences. We are thrilled to be part of your celebrations and look forward to many more years of creative adventures together!
